Fresh ingredients from local markets
The Belgian theme was introduced in 2005 and it quickly proved popular serving fresh mussels, vast beer list with friendly service. We source and serve the freshest and the best quality of fresh mussels throughout the year. We improve the quality of our menus regularly while staying competitive. The wine list is carefully chosen and the beer list has over 90 strong yet delicious Belgian and World beers.
Here at Brouge we believe beer deserves its place at the dinner table as well as wine. We use beer in many of our recipes but they are family friendly as the cooking takes out the alcohol. All our dishes are prepared onsite by our talented chefs and our food is sourced locally using local fishmongers, butchers and London markets daily to ensure we use the freshest and finest ingredients.
